Antwerp's total population is ca. 461,496 (as of January 2006) and its Frankfurt am Main (help·info) (German: [ˈfʁaŋkfʊʁt], English: [ˈfɹæŋkfɜːth] American English: [ˈfɹæŋkfɝʔ]) is the largest city in the German state of Hesse and the fifth-largest city in Germany, with a 2007 population of 667,598.[1]
