Introduction (from Wikipedia) Antwerp (Dutch: Antwerpen (help·info), French: Anvers) is a city and municipality in Belgium and the capital of the Antwerp province in Flanders, one of Belgium's three regions. Antwerp's total population is ca. 461,496 (as of January 2006) and its South Yorkshire is a metropolitan county, located in the Yorkshire and the Humber region of England. The county was created in 1974 by the Local Government Act 1972[1] and in 2001 covered an area of 1,552.05 km².[2]
